Rosemary and Garlic sauteed potatoes


Hello everyone! Thanks for coming back and sorry for not posting for the past 2 weeks. This week I'm back with another tasty yet super easy recipe and this one goes out to all my potato lovers😃

For this recipe you will need:

  • Potatoes cut into wedges

  • Yellow and red bell peppers

  • An onion

  • Half a rosemary sprig

  • Garlic

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

Directions:

  • Deep fry the potatoes until they are crunchy and well cooked inside. Once they are cooked set them aside. I know they're looking really nice and tempting but don't do it lol don't eat them just yet. There's a whole line up of flavour coming your way😊



  • In a pan add a bit of oil and add the onions.

  • Throw in the garlic in there cause garlic makes everything tasty😉

  • Stir up your food until everything is soft and fragrant. I like using low heat cause I'm naturally just slow and I don't like anything burning, especially garlic they develop a really bitter taste when they burn.

  • Add in the rosemary, bell peppers and spices.

  • Add the fried potatoes and gently mix everything in so that the potatoes can get coated by all the other flavours.

  • Okay now they're ready and the long wait is over so DIG IN!
